The equipment does not start.

The operation panel does not work.

Are the cables connected to the operation panel?

Actions to take

Make sure that there are cables connecting the operation panel and the control board, and restart the equipment.

Origin search (OP Return) fails.

Is the "Drive ON failed" warning message displayed on the equipment?

Write down the comment, which is shown with the message, and contact us.

Operation problems of each unit

The fan motor does not rotate.

Make sure that the cables between the wire clamper and the control board are connected correctly.

A free air ball (FAB) cannot be created (spark failure).

The pulse motor does not run.

Is the pulse motor cable connected?

Make sure that the cables between the pulse motor and the control board are connected correctly.

If any have blown, replace them with a new one.

The wire positioning between the capillary, wire clamper, and wire tensioner is inappropriate, and the FAB may not be drawn correctly into the capillary.

Is the preset tail too long?
If it is too long, the tail may be bent and it may become eccentric.

The strength of ball share is low, and the 1st bonding fails.

The 1st bonding parameter may not be appropriate.

Problems related to wire loop

The target loop height cannot be obtained (decreased).

Possible causes

If the component positions on the wire path are not aligned, the wire feed resistance may increase and the loop may be pulled.

Actions to take

Make sure that the capillary and wire tensioner are positioned in a line.
If not, adjust their installation positions by reading and following the relevant information in the Instruction Manual.

If each component on the wire path is contaminated, the wire feed resistance may increase and the loop may be pulled.

Clean the wire clamper, wire tensioner, and air tensioner.
