We pursue the quality of user support by providing services that will satisfy customers with rich support menu and system. Our engineers having good knowledge of bonders provide prompt and quality support in teaching operation method and solving malfunction of equipment as well as in responding to the technical requests of customers.

Evaluation Services

1. Equipment qualification support・Product start-up support

We offer support on evaluation of equipment capabilities and product(s) according to the customers’ requirements for implementation of new equipment, replacement of aging equipment, etc. In addition, our proficient engineers provide satisfactory results to customers by maximizing the equipment performances at product start-up. We are undertaking the tasks with continual awareness of responding to all kinds of needs of customers.

2. Test Bonding

Our skilled engineers conduct large variety of test bonding according to the needs of customers. Besides, we always place priority on customer’s satisfaction such as proposal of new technology directly supported by our development group and improvement of cycle time and quality. Therefore, we conduct test bonding with our stringently calibrated equipment to provide reliable result.

Maintenance Services

1. Equipment Setup Support

Our engineers will be responsible for handling the customers’ purchased equipment from installation in production line to its trial running. Also, technical support of re-setup of equipment after relocation due to layout change is available. Particularly, advance checking of defective parts at equipment shutdown before relocation avoids startup time loss after relocation, realizing efficient relocation.

2. Modification Work (Functional Upgrade)/Repair Services

Please feel free to consult us when you are concerned about operation of equipment related to the individual modification and upgrade of software and hardware for operability enhancement.
Emergency repair services at malfunction of equipment are also available. We are aspired to make quick handling of problems for quick recovery of equipment.

3. Training Support

There are following three basic courses available.

(2)Maintenance Course
(3)Process Course

4. Productivity Improvement Support

Please consult us on any concerns you have such as improvement of productivity and MTBA. Our skilled engineers will analyze the factors causing drop in operating rate specific to each production site and give proposals to enhance productivity.

5. Spare Parts, Repair

We provide genuine parts for our equipment to make optimum performance. Our genuine parts go through strict quality check to always maintain high performance of each part, and they are provided to customers at reasonable prices. We are considering of providing recycled parts in addition to brand new parts in future to meet the different needs of customers. Spare parts are delivered rapidly to customers’ facilities from our stocks in Japan and each Asian region.
