Application Procedures for New Graduate Applicants

  • Step0Company briefing
    At the company briefing, you will be given a general introduction to the Shinkawa Corporation.
    * Mynavi users may sign up via the mynavi site, but appointments can also be made by directly contacting us via e-mail.
    *Attendance is not mandatory for recruitment.
  • Step1Written exam
    After the company briefing, if you decide to apply to the company, you will take a written exam (technology, English, short essay).
    * Please bring with you your curriculum vitae (with photo attached), employment history and health certificate.
  • Step21st interview
    The first interview will be conducted by one engineer and one HR officer.
    *If desired, one-on-one meetings with one of our young engineers can also be set up.
  • Step32nd interview
    Your second interview will be with a director of the company. At that time you will be asked to talk about your future career aspirations and goals.
  • Step4Final interview
    After your final interview with the president, a decision will be made.

Information about Company Briefings and How to Register (for Science Students)

2019 new graduates can register to attend a company briefing via Mynavi.
We will be holding company briefings for science students commencing in March 2018. If you wish to attend a briefing, please register via Mynavi2019.
We will forward information about the briefings to students who register to attend.

Starting salary
MA degree: 244,000 yen (basic monthly salary)
University degree: 230,000 yen (basic monthly salary)
High school diploma: 216,000 yen (basic monthly salary)
Allowances
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance (There is no unpaid overtime whatsoever.)
Days off and leave
2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, End of Year/New Year holidays, congratulatory and condolence leave
* Days off per year: 122
