Application Procedures for New Graduate Applicants

  • Step1Company briefing
    At the company briefing, you will be given a general introduction to the Shinkawa Corporation, and you will visit worksites where design and development take place.
  • Step2Written exam
    After the company briefing, if you decide to apply to the company, you will take a written exam (technology, English, short essay).
    * Please bring with you your curriculum vitae (with photo attached), employment history and health certificate.
  • Step3Meeting with engineers & 1st interview
    You will have a meeting with engineers currently working at Shinkawa. We would like to give you an idea of what it is actually like to work at Shinkawa by listening to the experiences of young staff.
    After that, you will have your first interview regarding the type of work you wish to do at Shinkawa. The interview will be with an engineer and HR officer.
  • Step42nd interview
    Your second interview will be with a director of the company. At that time you will be asked to talk about your future career aspirations and goals.
  • Step5Final interview
    After your final interview with the president, a decision will be made.

2018 new graduates can register to attend a company briefing via Mynavi.
We will be holding company briefings for science students commencing in March 2017. If you wish to attend a briefing, please register via Mynavi2018.
We will forward information about the briefings to students who register to attend.

Commuting allowance, overtime allowance (There is no unpaid overtime whatsoever.)
Days off and leave
2 days off per week (Saturday and Sunday), public holidays, End of Year/New Year holidays, congratulatory and condolence leave
