Personnel Training & Career Development

Human Resource Development

Prospective employees undertake e-learning before commencing work at the company. After completing e-learning and commencing work at the company, employees undergo induction training for about one month and are then assigned to departments. After their assignment, they learn basic business etiquette and relevant skills, and they commence their actual work duties while receiving on-the-job training under the guidance of experienced colleagues. The company also has a system whereby individual employees design their own career plans and receive off-the-job training support through training and seminars in line with the goals they set for themselves.
